HOW DO I ORDER?
Simply choose the correct postage and click the shopping cart button which will take you to your Paypal shopping cart. If you wish to continue shopping, click the "continue shopping" button to return to our online shop. When you are finished selecting your items, click the "proceed to checkout" button, where you may enter your Paypal account details. If you do not have a Paypal account, you may still type in your card details and shipping address. Paypal is 100% safe and secure.
All payment is made via Paypal. Even if you don't have a Paypal account, you can still pay with your credit card/debit card using Paypal.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Paypal will send you a notification of your order being placed.
Each parcel will arrive lovingly gift wrapped to the highest quality. All items are sent by recorded delivery, which prevents against loss and damage and ensures peace of mind. Tracking numbers can be provided if requested.
In the event that headbands are mailed from Canada, postage costs will change accordingly. You will be made aware of this prior to making your order. Please note that items shipped from Canada will be mailed via nontracked airmail to keep shipping costs low.
Yes, we do ship internationally! Please select the correct postage price when placing your order.
Please note that unless otherwise specified, each headband is made to order. Please allow 5-10 working days for your headband to be made. You will receive confirmation of shipment after your custom order has been completed. If mailed from London, orders within the UK should take between 2-3 days for delivery after the custom headband has been made; international orders please allow 7-10 days from after custom completion. Otherwise, please allow 7-14 business days for your package to arrive. *Items in our current shop are ready stock, so there is no waiting time. Items are shipped twice a week*

In the event that an item is faulty, we will offer you a full exchange or store credit, provided that you return the item to us unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
Our normal returns period is 7 days from the date you receive the goods so please email us with your return request within this time.
